Welcome to the Hayley Wilds Shop. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website [hayleywilds.com] and your purchase of books, courses, and workshops (“Products” or “Services”) offered by the Hayley Wilds brand, a brand of Moonheart Media LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our site and purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms.

1. General Information

  • Our store is powered by WooCommerce.
  • All products (physical and digital) are sold directly by Hayley Wilds at Moonheart Media LLC.
  • By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent/guardian.

2. Products and Services

  • Books: Available in physical and/or digital formats.
  • Courses: Delivered online via online platform.
  • Workshops: Offered online or in person. Details regarding time, format, and requirements are provided at purchase.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue products or services at any time without notice.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in US Dollars and include/exclude applicable taxes as stated.
  • We accept payment methods listed at checkout.
  • Orders are only confirmed once payment is received in full.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Physical Books: Shipped to the address provided at checkout. Delivery times may vary based on location.
  • Digital Products: Accessible immediately after payment via download link or account login.
  • Courses and Workshops: Access instructions will be sent to the email address provided.

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by circumstances outside our control (e.g., postal delays, technical issues).

5. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Books (Physical): Refunds or exchanges are only available for damaged or defective items. Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Digital Products (eBooks, Courses, Downloadables): All sales are final. No refunds due to the instant-access nature of these products.
  • Workshops/Events: Refund requests must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled event. No refunds will be issued for missed attendance. (see MISSED EVENTS below)
  • CANCELLED/POSTPONED EVENTS: Moonheart Media LLC reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or postpone events when necessary. If minimum capacity is not met, the venue cancels the booking, or any other issues arise with the event, the venue, or the weather, we will do everything we can to reschedule the event. All registered attendees will have the option to attend the rescheduled event, transfer ticket purchase to future event, or request a full refund.
  • TICKET REFUND REQUESTS: You may request a refund for your ticket purchase up to 7 days before the event, minus a refund processing of $3. No refunds will be issues within 7 days prior to the event. Email [email protected] to submit a refund request.
  • MISSED EVENTS: No refunds will be issued for no-shows, missed events due to unforeseen circumstances, or partially attended events.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, including books, digital downloads, course materials, and workshop content, is the intellectual property of Hayley Wilds, a brand of Moonheart Media LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share our materials without express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our products or services. Our books, courses, and workshops are for educational and informational purposes only and do not substitute for professional advice.

8. Account and Access

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details. You agree not to share access to purchased courses or workshops with others.

9. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policies & Disclosures.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the United States of America. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of PA, USA.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Effective Date.” Continued use of our site and services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
